I am currently working in the School of Sport at Manukau Institute of Technology. I started here earlier in 2010 after previously working at Henderson High School in West Auckland.
I graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2004 with a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation. The following year I completed a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching from the same institution. From there, I went to Henderson High School and taught Physical Education and Health for 4 years. During my final 2 years at Henderson High School, I was the Assistant Head of Department and later the Acting Head of Department.
